The Healing Qi Gong Series 


In this Healing Qi Gong Series, there are 3 compilations and each with a easy-to-follow instructional video and a pdf instructional booklet with diagrams of each exercise and their medical applications. 


In each module Master Qi Gong Instructor Peter Caughey has put together a set of Qi Gong exercises that will aid certain medical conditions. These medical conditions and situation are common in today's world environment.


Compilation 1.


This section contains a group of exercises for invigorating and reinforcing the immune system. Peter has selected these specific Qi Gong exercises and created an instructional video and booklet.


Some of the exercises are from well-known Qi Gong systems and in some instances, famous exercises to help enhance your immune system.


These exercises are known to help increase stamina and reduce tiredness, lack of vigour and low drive. And also to help people who are immune comprised with low immune systems and are easily susceptible to colds and flus.
