Healing Qigong to Strengthen Your Immune System
This compilation contains a group of exercises for invigorating and reinforcing the immune system.
Peter has selected specific Qigong exercises and created an instructional video that you can practice with him. There is a booklet with detailed instructions of each exercise and their medical applications.
Some of the exercises are from well-known Qigong systems and in some instances they are famous Qigong exercises to help with enhancing the body's immune system.
These exercises are known to help increase stamina and reduce tiredness, lack of vigour and low drive. They are known to help people that are immune comprised with low immune systems and who are easily susceptible to colds and flus.

A way that inspires them to enquirer into the possibilities of how they can have a more fulfilling and happier life with a flow on effect that benefits and helps others.
