This Qigong System is a combination of several different sets of famous Longevity Qigong exercises. They are all profound in their own way, and incredibly strong when performed all at once.

In the Long Life Qigong Course I'll be teaching Breathing Techniques and Visualisations to generate deep levels of relaxation to reduce stress and anxiety, increase a feeling of wellbeing and strengthen the immune system.

Qigong exercises create more life force and helps to circulate Qi around the body and this strengthens and stimulates the immune system. Qigong has been practiced for thousands of years and the ancient Taoists used it to increase longevity and for bringing youthful energy into the body.

Come and join me on the course and learn how to start the process of getting younger every day, and you too will be like a Qigong practitioner who at 90 years old still looks like a 30 year old.


Accommodating for different Time Zones

If you are unable to attend all of the live class and Q&A's, they will all be recorded and you will be able to watch them in your own time.

If you have questions, you can post them in the private Facebook group for the course and we will answer them in the next live Q&A.

If there is a large proportion of people doing the course in a particular time zone, we will make a special Q&A for the group in that time zone.

About Peter

Peter has a Bachelors of Health Science Degree in Acupuncture and Diplomas in Acupuncture, Traditional Chinese Herbal Medicine, Qigong and Taiji Quan and Tuina from the New Zealand School of Acupuncture and Traditional Chinese Medicine (TCM), which he received in 2001. He was a Tutor at the New Zealand School of Acupuncture and TCM from 1999 – 2013, where he designed and taught the Qigong Diploma Course as well as teaching Traditional Chinese Medical Qigong principles, theory and techniques. He currently serves as a member on the World Academic Society of Medical Qigong based in China.

Peter has been running Taiji Retreats for over 20 years, based on Traditional Chinese Monastery philosophies and teaching weekly Qigong and Taiji classes for the same number of years. Making his teachings available to as many people as possible, he has online courses teaching Qigong exercise systems, Reflexology and Qigong and TCM courses for specific conditions such as Insomnia, Stress, and how to quiet a busy mind. He runs Qigong Teacher Trainings Courses, Acupressure and Reflexology courses as well as Medical Qigong Workshops and TCM Health Retreats around the World.

Trained in Traditional and Classical Taiji styles such as Chen styles, Yang style, Wu style and Sun style. Peter also instructs 13 different Qigong styles, which include Shi Ba Shi Taiji Qigong, Ba Duan Jin, Dao Yin, Zhan Zhuang Gong and Lao Tzu Shao Dan.

Before Peter found what he believes is his true purpose in life of healing and helping others, he spent sixteen years in the New Zealand Defence Forces and during his service he served seven of these years in the New Zealand Special Forces (NZSAS) reaching the position of Patrol Commander and Group Commander.

He is also a Husband, a Father, a Writer and a Philosopher. He loves travelling the Globe with his wife Josephine and son Rayner, meeting new people and experiencing their culture and their country. He now resides in Bali, Indonesia.

When does the course start and finish?
The course starts on 15 April 2020 - 18 April 2020
How long do I have access to the course?
You have access to the lectures of this course for four weeks after and during the course to complete any lessons that you may miss. After that you will have access to the Long Life Qigong Course only.
What if I am unhappy with the course?
If you join the course and on the first day you do not wish to continue, we will refund your money.
How many hours do I get credited towards my 200hrs Qigong Teacher Training certification for completing this course?
You will be credited 30 hours towards your 200 QTT.
Is there any other extra requirements such as homework or home study/practice after the course to attain the certificate of completion?
No there are no other requirements after attending the 4 day training to receive your certificate of completion.
Are all the classes on the course live?
Not all the classes will be live but the majority will be. All of the classes will be recorded including the Q&A sessions. If you can not attend the class because of work commitments or time zone differences you can watch the videos afterwards and write your questions in the Facebook forum to be answered in the next Q&A session.
Are there breaks and lunch breaks?
Yes there are scheduled breaks in the programme and there will be breaks after the lessons to give you time to get onto the Q&A meetings.
