Right foot
(Beginners level )
Explanation
1) Sitting on the bed, turn the body to the right, and lift the right leg and foot onto
the bed, with the left foot remaining on the floor or hanging.
2) Place the right hand on the Dantian or Shen shu point and then place the Laogong point
on the palm of your left hand over the Yong quan point of the right foot.
3) Massage the point 100 times in a counter clockwise direction.
4) Do “Point Respiration” 3 times.
5) Then massage the point 100 times in a clockwise direction.
6) Do “Point Respiration” 3 times again.
7) While doing the massage keep the hand on the Dantian still, but when doing the Point
Respiration move both hands in and out at the same time (press in while exhaling and lifting
while inhaling).
